Bridgespace and TalentLabs worked together to build one of the first AI mentor, leveraging Azure OpenAI and other machine learning technologies. The AI mentor was made available as a plugin on TalentLabs learning platform. Students were then able to ask questions regarding the learning materials anytime they want, and get human-like mentoring experiences via chat interface.
The AI mentor was immediately adopted by thousands of learners in the TalentLabs eco-system and facilitated the learning progress. Statistics shown that students were pacing 13% faster in their learning. Instructors were also able to extract insights on students’ weakness and confusions in the chat log and create additional learning materials for students to support their learning effectively.
